Builders Cleaning, Manchester
Over the years we have worked on many developments completing builders cleans for our clients. We make sure the new builds look the best they can and are ready to show to potential buyers. But our services don’t just stop there. As well as builders cleans, we also complete re cleans and sparkle cleans.
What is Builders Cleaning?
Once building work is completed on a new property, the building then receives a builders clean. This is the act of cleaning up from all trades that may have been in making changes and alterations to the property, from painters and decorators through to joiners and electricians. Once the builders clean is complete, tradesman may then have to return to finish off any snagging work. We would then go in if needed to complete a re-clean; this is like the builders clean but just not as thorough as the majority of the work was already carried out in the builders clean.
Re-Cleans & Sparkle Cleans
Once complete, this may be all that is needed for the property to then be put on the market, as long as no other tradesman enter. However, some developments also ask for a third clean. This is called a sparkle clean and is the last clean to be completed. Again, this is like the re-clean but not as thorough; it is just a light clean to remove any last bits of mess created naturally, such as dust. As well as builders, re-cleans and sparkle clean, we also offer brick cleaning to new developments. This is done with high pressure steam which will not damage the building. It may also be able to remove any over-spill of mortar from the brick work to make sure the property is of show house standard and appealing to the eye.
These little extras can be the difference between a house selling and not.
We are currently working on a development in Warrington for a company called Winworth Construction, offering all of the services you see above.
